This one came out a bit more whimsical than I had initially imagined.

Nocturne
This new painting is one of several that have the title, "Nocturne". This is not so much recycling an idea as taking it & finding new ways to interpret it.
Nocturne, 2013, ink & acrylic on cardboard, 25.5" x 22" approx.

The Supplicant
I've done at least one piece of this same title before...I find that I revisit ideas from time to time, always in the hope of finding something new in them.
The Supplicant, 2013, ink & acrylic on cardboard, 25" x 19" approx.

Lost in the Coils of Primavera
A new ink drawing of Primavera...I was always fascinated by the way Leonardo etc. (Botticelli & Raphael, for example) incorporated coils, spirals and other geometric forms into organic drawings...here is one of mine...
Lost in the Coils of Primavera, 2013, brush & ink wash on paper, 18" x 12".

The Afternoon of a Faun, 1992
An ink drawing from 1992, back when I lived in Paris. I don't think I've photographed this one before. It's a flawed piece...the proportions are way off...but it has something I like, so here it is.
The Afternoon of a Faun, 1992, brush & ink on paper, 25.5" x 19.75" approx.

The Boyhood of the Treeman
Another drawing in the continuing saga of the Treeman, which is at least partially inspired by Bosch's version...

Drowning in a Sea of Worlds
This was an almost-finished drawing from 2009 that I've been looking at for a while. Today I took it out & did some more work to it, to an extent that I now consider it finished.

Angel on Overload
As the title might suggest, this is a densely drawn image. The original drawing was erased over with white acrylic paint, and the newer version was drawn over that in ink.
