A Man Made of Ashes
This one reminds me a little of the work of Arcimboldo, the painter who made heads constructed of fruit, vegetables, fish, etc. This wasn't necessarily intended to be made of ashes, but that is what it looked like when it was finished.
A Man Made of Ashes, 2012, acrylic on board, 16" x 12".
