St. John the Divine on Patmos

Another large-ish drawing for the Heaven and Hell series. This one is of St. John on the Greek island of Patmos, bringing the Book of Revelation into being. Obviously, my version is a 21st century re-imagining of a Renaissance or Gothic version of a much older subject, so there are probably various interesting layers that could be gone into here.
