The Conjurer, upgraded
I decided that yesterday's drawing needed just a little more work:
The Conjurer, 2009, brush & ink on paper, 23.5" x 18".
Some of the differences are quite subtle, but I think the upgrade was worth it.

The Conjurer
Here is the finished drawing from last night's sketch:

I tried to refrain from over-drawing this one, by which I mean I have a tendency to try & fill every square inch of the drawing with lines & hatching. I think it works pretty well, though I may revert to my usual style for other pieces.
