The Sleeper in the Sphere

This is a study, if that is the correct term--prototype might be better. It's based on a painting I did a few years ago, and would become a large-scale augmented reality piece, should it come into being. This is at an early stage, so may change significantly before it's done. As usual, the sculptural parts are done in Blender, & it is assembled in Unity.

Automaton (the World is a Hollow Glass Sphere)

As I think I've mentioned before, the titles of my artworks tend to come to me whilst I'm making them, as my mind starts to make sense of the ideas & images. This one might have been called "The Boy Who Thought the World Was a Toy", but it wasn't.
