From 2003 - Boy With Missing Face

See previous post, bullet point 2, regarding works from the archives not previously photographed (there are quite a few). Here is a brush & ink drawing from 2003 that I didn't photograph at the time, as I recall, as I thought it was OK, but nothing special. Now, I think it has more interesting qualities than I first believed, so here's a new photo of it:


Boy With Missing Face, 2003, ink on paper, 24" x 19". I guess at the time, I thought it was too archetypally "surrealistic"...now I like certain elements, including that stylized tree in the background. I think I'm going to re-use that tree.
